Phil Kerr from Earache Records : "There were 300 copies of the turquoise color vinyl. It was supposed to be the 'iron silver' color vinyl from the pressing, but the color wasn't even close to what we'd ordered. As they were delivered to us quite early, we still had time to correct the problem with our plant. We rejected the turquoise color vinyl, and the 'iron silver' vinyl was repressed properly. As far as I am aware, very few of the turquoise vinyl ever even left our office. When the plant repressed the vinyl, they repressed literally just the record, we had no extra sleeves or anything. As such, most of them were just put in plain white sleeves and packed away somewhere."
