Background information about 'Not The End Of The Road'
"Not The End Of The Road" arrives like a tour bus taking the corner on two wheels: windows down, amps hot, nobody wearing a seatbelt. Kissin' Dynamite have always been the band that treats a chorus like a dare, and here they slam one into the next with the cheerful recklessness of people who know exactly what they are doing. The title track opens the gates with a riff that struts before it even says hello, and from there the record keeps its foot planted — big, brassy hooks, gang-shout backing vocals, guitar solos that arrive precisely when your fist is already halfway up.
What makes it work is the range hiding behind all that swagger. "Yoko Ono" winks with a grin wide enough to see from the back row, "Coming Home" slows the pulse and lets the melody do the heavy lifting, and "No One Dies A Virgin" proves these guys can turn a filthy joke into an anthem without losing the tune. The production is bright and punchy, built for festival fields and car stereos in equal measure, and the band sounds genuinely thrilled to be making this noise — that joy is contagious and it never once feels phoned in.
It is loud, it is unapologetically fun, and it lands like a well-aimed roundhouse. Crank it and let the neighbours file a complaint.
