Background information about 'Amongst The Lost Light Of Misaligned Stars'

When two titans of the underground black metal scene converge, the result is nothing short of cosmic devastation. This split EP between Akatechism and Slidhr delivers a haunting exploration of celestial darkness that will leave you breathless. "Amongst The Lost Light Of Misaligned Stars" showcases both bands at their most uncompromising, weaving atmospheric terror with raw, unbridled aggression that cuts through the void like a blade through starlight.

Akatechism opens this astral journey with their trademark blend of suffocating atmosphere and crushing riffs, while Slidhr responds with their own brand of cosmic horror, creating a perfect symmetry of destruction. The production maintains that essential rawness that makes underground black metal so visceral, yet allows every haunting melody and thunderous blast beat to pierce through the darkness. This is black metal that doesn't just play – it conjures, it summons, it transforms the listener into a witness of otherworldly malevolence.

For fans of:
Darkthrone, Mayhem, Blut Aus Nord, Paysage d'Hiver, Spectral Wound
