Background information about 'Goldener Trash'
We remember anthems like "Geh doch nach Berlin" and "Rock Fucker Rock", the urgency, enthusiasm and the sweat-inducing concerts of one of the best German live bands. Suit-wearers who shamelessly rock their hearts out.
These are also the images that come to mind when listening to "Goldener Trash". An album like a call to the last battle of upright indie spirit. The third major release by the Cologne power trio delivers what the advance EP "Was wollt ihr alle" already clearly promised. Punk, power pop, beat, wave with an outrageously broad grin on its face.
