Background information about 'Den Tapte Krigen'

Elend's "A World In Their Screams" unfolds as a formidable climax within the Winds Cycle, a trilogy that began with "Winds Devouring Men" and "Sunwar The Dead." This album stands as a testament to the band's ability to meld dark atmospheric soundscapes with classical instrumentation, creating a haunting sonic experience. Recorded in various studios in France, including the renowned Studio des Moines and The Fall Studios, it is an intricate blend of orchestral elements and industrial devices.

The sound is characterized by its sweeping string arrangements juxtaposed against aggressive electronic undertones. Each track on this album weaves a complex narrative that draws listeners into an abyss of despair and beauty. With lyrics penned by Alexandre Iskandar Hasnaoui and Renaud Tschirner's compelling compositions, "A World In Their Screams" invites listeners to traverse through themes of mortality and existential dread. It is an opus that challenges traditional genre boundaries while maintaining an unyielding dedication to artistic profundity.
