Background information about 'Alive'
Coreleoni are back with a live statement that hits like a freight train. Alive captures the Swiss hard rock powerhouse in their natural habitat: the stage. And what a glorious noise they make. From the very first riff of Il Padrino, it's clear that these guys aren't just going through the motions — they're living every single note, every drum hit, every soaring vocal line.
The setlist is a masterclass in melodic hard rock with balls. Higher and Standing In The Light showcase the band's knack for massive choruses that demand to be sung along to, while Fist In Your Face delivers exactly what the title promises — a punchy, no-nonsense rocker. But there's nuance too: Angel brings the temperature down with a touch of class, and Mountain Mama closes the show with a stomping, feel-good groove that leaves you wanting more. Recorded live with all the grit and glory intact, this is a document of a band at the peak of its powers. No overdubs, no safety net — just pure, unadulterated rock 'n' roll.
