About the album

"Year Of The Four Emperors" by Ex Deo is a symphonic death metal exploration of one of Rome's most tumultuous periods. "Galba," "Otho," "Vitellius," and "Vespasian", the four tracks on this EP, each reflect the chaotic and short-lived reigns of their titular emperors with epic orchestrations and intense growls characteristic of Maurizio Iacono's vocal prowess.
