Recorded at the Eremitaget Liesmia studio, the album uniquely incorporates the psalmodicon, a rare 19th-century Swedish instrument, alongside evocative field recordings of forest wildlife such as tawny owls and foxes, lending an authentic atmosphere that intertwines nature and introspection.
