Helloween
For four decades, Helloween have stood for uncompromising power metal made in Germany. Founded in Hamburg in 1984, the band revolutionized the genre with their unique blend of melodic vocals, virtuosic guitar riffs, and epic arrangements. With over 10 million albums sold worldwide, Helloween ranks among the most successful German metal bands of all time.
The breakthrough came in 1987 with the legendary album "Keeper of the Seven Keys Part I." Together with the second part released in 1988, the band established modern power metal and inspired entire generations of musicians. Hits like "I Want Out," "Dr. Stein," and "Eagle Fly Free" are now classics of the genre, captivating fans around the globe.
The spectacular reunion of 2017 brought together the two iconic singers Michael Kiske and Andi Deris on stage for the first time - alongside founding member Kai Hansen. This "Pumpkins United" era marks a new chapter in the band's history and proves that Helloween remains one of the most innovative forces in metal.
With their upcoming album "Giants & Monsters," Helloween continues their musical evolution, combining their classic roots with contemporary production. The seven-member lineup featuring Andi Deris, Michael Kiske, Michael Weikath, Kai Hansen, Sascha Gerstner, Markus Grosskopf, and Dani Löble promises a masterpiece of epic proportions.
