Background information about 'Load (Remastered)'

"Load" is the sixth studio album by Metallica, originally released in June 1996. This remastered edition offers audiophiles a refreshed experience of the band's longest studio album, which spans over 79 minutes. Following the monumental success of the "Black Album," "Load" showcases a shift in Metallica's sound, incorporating more diverse influences and deeper emotional content. The album reached number one in several countries, including the UK, Germany, and Australia. Notably, it includes hit singles like "Until It Sleeps," "Hero of the Day," "Mama Said," and "King Nothing". The remastering enhances the dynamic range and clarity, making this release essential for both longtime fans and newcomers eager to explore Metallica's evolution during the mid-90s.
