Background information about 'Violent DNA'
Nuclear's seventh studio release, "Violent DNA," is a ferocious exploration of brutality and intensity that harkens back to the raw, untamed energy of early 90s death metal. With three original tracks and three cover songs, the album is a relentless assault on the senses. The blistering guitar riffs, rapid drumming, and guttural screams create a soundscape that immerses the listener in an intense auditory experience. Songs like "Violent DNA" and "Psychological Infanticide" exemplify the band's ability to craft short yet potent pieces of aggression, leaving an indelible mark on the metal scene.
The album's visceral cover art complements its sonic ferocity, capturing the essence of Nuclear's savage sound. This South American quintet pays homage to their influences while carving out their own niche in the genre. "Violent DNA" stands as a testament to Nuclear's mastery of their craft, promising to be a staple for metal enthusiasts in 2024. The album's raw power and unyielding energy make it an essential addition to any heavy metal collection, appealing to fans of bands like Sepultura, Vomitory, and Slayer.
