Background information about 'Down With The Nails (B-Stock)'
OLD unleash pure black metal fury with "Down With The Nails", an album that cuts through the darkness like a razor-sharp blade. This isn‛t just another black metal release – it‛s a declaration of war against mediocrity, packed with nine tracks of unrelenting aggression and atmospheric malevolence. From the opening assault of "Black Jewel Throne" to the crushing finale of the title track "Down With The Nails", every moment delivers that raw, primal energy that makes black metal so utterly captivating.
The production strikes that perfect balance between clarity and chaos, allowing every tremolo-picked riff and blast beat to pierce through the mix while maintaining that essential underground atmosphere. Tracks like "Empire In Flames" and "Triumph Of Hell" showcase the band‛s ability to weave melody into brutality, creating moments of dark beauty amidst the sonic storm. The vocal delivery is nothing short of ferocious – each shriek and growl dripping with genuine malice and conviction that you simply can‛t fake.
