When Triptykon unleashed "Eparistera Daimones" in 2010, it marked a seismic shift in extreme metal's landscape. Tom Gabriel Warrior's post-Celtic Frost venture delivered something truly extraordinary – a crushing symphony of avant-garde darkness that redefined what heavy music could achieve. This debut album stands as a towering monument to artistic vision, where crushing doom passages collide with intricate progressive arrangements, creating an atmosphere so dense you could cut it with a knife.

The album's eight tracks weave through territories both familiar and utterly alien. From the apocalyptic opener "Goetia" to the haunting closer "My Pain", Triptykon crafted a sonic journey that's equal parts devastating and beautiful. Warrior's vocals range from guttural growls to clean, melancholic passages, while the rhythm section provides a foundation so solid it could support mountains. The production captures every nuance of this carefully orchestrated chaos, allowing each element to breathe while maintaining the album's suffocating intensity.
