This debut live album captures Triumph Of Death delivering the legendary Hellhammer catalog in its most primal and vital form. Recorded across three festival performances in 2023 - Houston, Munich, and Barroselas - "Resurrection Of The Flesh" documents what extreme metal fans worldwide have been experiencing since the band's formation. The project was born from discussions between Tom Gabriel Warrior and Martin Eric Ain during their Celtic Frost reunion in the 2000s, finally taking shape in 2014 and officially launching in autumn 2019.

Hellhammer existed for just two years (May 1982 to May 1984) but created a mythical legacy with three demos, the Apocalyptic Raids 12" EP, and the legendary death metal compilation album. Despite this towering influence on global metal, most of this material had never been performed live for nearly four decades. Triumph Of Death consists of musicians who don't just love this music but truly understand it, bringing tracks like "The Third Of The Storms", "Massacra", and the epic "Triumph Of Death" to life with authentic reverence and crushing intensity.
