"Bloody Vengeance" stands as a testament to Vulcano's pioneering force in the extreme metal scene of South America. Emerging from São Paulo, Brazil, in 1981, Vulcano battled against an infrastructure ill-suited for their genre, yet managed to release their debut EP "Om Pushne Namah" in 1983, sung entirely in Portuguese. This was followed by "Live!" in 1985, marking the first-ever live metal album recorded in Brazil. It was not until 1986 that the band unleashed their first full-length album, "Bloody Vengeance," recorded and mixed within 24 hours by the band themselves. The album quickly rose to underground classic status, rivaling contemporaries such as Slayer and Kreator with its raw intensity.

High Roller Records has undertaken the task of reissuing "Bloody Vengeance" in its ultimate form, having been meticulously restored and remastered by Patrick W. Engel. Engel has brought forth all the sonic clarity that should have been present since its original release. Despite numerous reissues over the years, this rendition promises an authentic listening experience as intended by its creators. The sound quality in previous versions has often fallen short, making this edition a definitive version for new listeners and long-time fans alike.
