Background information about 'Erzketzer'

Exactly one year after the great 2017 album „Primitiv“, ARROGANZ are back with the new 3 Track EP 'ERZKETZER'. This EP is the second piece of a 3 parts story (Album-EP-Album), but also stands for itself.

"Erzketzer" is hellish, obscure and blasphemous dark mixture of Black, Doom and Death Metal with a big Fuck Off attitude.

A heretic anthem spit in the face of the masses, a commitment for non-believers, Erzketzer: This is for you from Arroganz.!

"Erzketzer" by Arroganz is a visceral exploration of the depths of Black and Death Metal, pushing the boundaries of sonic aggression. The album opens with the title track, a blistering assault of guitars and drums that sets the tone for what's to follow. Each subsequent track builds on this foundation, combining relentless speed with atmospheric passages that evoke a sense of foreboding and unease. The production is raw yet precise, capturing the ferocity of their live performances while allowing each instrument to shine.

The second half of the album delves deeper into complex arrangements and thematic darkness. "As Furious Wings Cast Long Shadows" stands out as an epic journey through desolate soundscapes, blending mournful melodies with bone-crushing riffs. Arroganz succeeds in creating an immersive experience that is both challenging and rewarding for listeners who appreciate the darker sides of metal music. "Erzketzer" is a testament to their mastery in crafting an album that is unapologetically brutal yet artfully composed.
