Existing at the forefront of the Polish black metal movement, Blaze Of Perdition return in 2024 with their sixth full-length, "Upharsin" – a product of the band's environment. This album marks a return to a more orthodox approach to black metal. Musically, "Upharsin" steps away from the unusual direction of "The Harrowing of Hearts", reflecting a dark and pessimistic tone through oppressive music. Haunting melodies rooted in traditional black metal meet unforgiving blastbeats and solemn marches, while the vocals deliver raw emotion and feral rage.

With "Upharsin", Blaze Of Perdition aim to expose humanity's collective wounds. The album reflects on humanity's inclination towards conflict and strife, exploring how religion and politics are driven by base instincts. The band seeks to highlight our refusal to learn from history. This realistic concept is less spiritual and more grounded than previous efforts.
