And who's behind the kit and the riffs? None other than Nicke Andersson, the man who helped invent the damn genre with Nihilist and Entombed. This isn't some side-project doodle — this is the sound of a guy who never forgot what made death metal dangerous in the first place.

The whole thing lurches and stomps like a zombie fresh out of the grave. Tracks like "Heading for Decapitation" and "Dragged Through the Mud" don't bother with subtlety — they're built on that signature Swedish chainsaw crunch, drenched in filth and reverb, with vocals that sound like they were recorded in a morgue drawer. There's a punkish, almost rock 'n' roll swagger lurking beneath the grime, a sense of fun that never tips into parody. "Christ All Fucking Mighty" is as blasphemous and catchy as the title suggests, while "Coffins of the Unembalmed Dead" crawls at a pace that'll make your skin itch. The production is perfectly raw — not demo-level murky, but gritty enough to feel like you've unearthed some lost relic from 1991. Every riff lands like a hammer to the skull, and Andersson's drumming is as tight and propulsive as ever. This is death metal the way it was meant to be: ugly, relentless, and grinning through bloody teeth.
