Background information about 'Inferno'
Inferno is the sound of a band refusing to sit still. By 2003 Entombed had already rewritten the Swedish death metal rulebook, and here they pushed their trademark buzzsaw guitars into sharper, meaner, more rock'n'roll territory. The riffs on "Retaliation" and "Incinerator" land like a boot to the chest, while L-G Petrov's roar still carries that unmistakable Stockholm grit.
