Background information about 'Skeletá'

After the record-breaking world tour captured in the film “Rite Here Rite Now”, 2025 is set to be GHOST’s biggest and most ambitious year yet. With the announcement of “Skeletá”, the band’s sixth studio album, and the sinisterly melodic lead single “Satanized”, GHOST is entering a new phase of their relentless rise to global domination.

With hundreds of thousands of tickets already sold for the first leg of their massive arena tour—including their first-ever headline show at Madison Square Garden—GHOST is ready to bring their most introspective and profound material to life on an appropriately grand scale. The “Skeletá” tour will introduce Papa V Perpetua, leading a stunning new production designed to surpass the live rituals that made “Rite Here Rite Now” the highest-grossing hard rock cinema event in North America. Whether longtime devotees or curious newcomers, all are invited to find unity, redemption, and escape in “Skeletá” and the ever-expanding world of GHOST.

It is now a widely known secret that Tobias Forge, former singer and guitar player of Repugnant, is the driving force behind GHOST. He now presents himself as Papa V and ushers in a new chapter for the band with the album “Skeletá”.
