From the moment "Magnetic Shunk" kicks in with its stomping, swaggering riff, you know you're in for a ride. This is classic rock in the truest sense — not a nostalgia trip, but a living, breathing thing. "The Apple & The Tree" rolls with a lazy, bluesy confidence that would make the greats nod in approval, while "Exit 97" hits with a driving, almost cinematic urgency. The beauty of this record is in its dynamics: one moment Joakim Nilsson's voice is a whiskey-soaked croon, the next it's a full-throated howl that could peel paint off the walls. The rhythm section locks in tight on "Never Theirs To Sell," and by the time "Too Much Is Not Enough" closes out the first side, you're already reaching for the flip.

Side two doesn't let up for a second. "From A Hole in The Wall" slinks and sways with a menacing charm, "Cause & Defect" is pure, unadulterated fire, and "Hard-Headed" is exactly what the title promises — stubborn, riff-heavy, and impossible to shake.
