Background information about 'Innocence & Decadence'

Swedish rock quartet Graveyard delivers another masterclass in vintage-inspired hard rock with "Innocence & Decadence", their fourth studio effort that perfectly balances raw energy with melodic sophistication. The album kicks off with the infectious groove of "Magnetic Shunk" and flows seamlessly through eleven tracks that showcase the band's evolution while staying true to their retro rock roots. Songs like "The Apple & The Tree" and "Exit 97" demonstrate their knack for crafting memorable hooks, while deeper cuts such as "Can't Walk Out" reveal a more introspective side without losing the driving force that makes them so compelling.

What really sets this album apart is how Graveyard manages to channel classic rock influences without sounding like a carbon copy of their heroes. The production captures that warm, analog feel that made 70s rock so timeless, yet feels completely contemporary. Tracks like "Too Much Is Not Enough" and "Hard-Headed" pack serious punch, while the closing "Stay For A Song" leaves you wanting more. It's an album that rewards both casual listening and deep dives, revealing new layers with each spin.
