Background information about 'Steel Burner'
The Greek guitar virtuoso returns with a vengeance! After more than five years of silence, Gus G. unleashes "Steel Burner", a masterclass in modern metal guitar mastery that showcases exactly why he's considered one of the most formidable six-string warriors on the planet. This isn't just another solo album – it's a statement of intent, a burning declaration that real metal guitar work is alive and kicking harder than ever.
What makes "Steel Burner" absolutely electrifying is the stellar lineup of guest vocalists that Gus G. has assembled. The legendary Doro Pesch brings her iconic pipes to "Nothing Can Break Me", while former Iced Earth powerhouse Matt Barlow delivers spine-tingling vocals on "Dancing With Death". Ronnie Romero (known for his work with Rainbow and Lords of Black) appears on not one but two tracks, and Dino Jelusick rounds out this dream team of metal royalty. Each collaboration feels organic and purposeful, never forced or gimmicky.
