Background information about 'Them (Re-Release)'

Released in 1988, "Them" is a concept album by King Diamond, the renowned Danish heavy metal band. Known for its theatrical style and chilling narrative, the album tells the haunting tale of a family tragedy involving madness and malevolent spirits within an ancestral home. The intricate storyline unfolds through the eyes of a young boy whose experiences are brought to life with King Diamond's characteristic vocal range and dramatic flair.

Musically, "Them" showcases the band's proficiency in blending classic heavy metal elements with progressive and theatrical influences. The guitar work by Andy LaRocque and Pete Blakk delivers melodic complexity and dynamic solos that complement the album's eerie atmosphere. The rhythm section of Hal Patino on bass and Mikkey Dee on drums provides a driving force that underscores the album's intensity. This limited edition reissue captures the essence of King Diamond's unique artistic vision and offers fans an opportunity to experience a pivotal moment in heavy metal history.
