Inspired by a deep passion for heavy metal, the band merges hardcore and crossover influences with a touch of nostalgia from a certain early 2000s video game. The band's members have an extensive background in the metal scene, having been part of various acts such as Deathbearer, Heretoir, Voldt, Majak, King Apathy, Emissary of Suffering, The Cold, and Volditorium. Their debut album is a testament to their diverse musical roots and the unique energy they bring to the genre. The recording lineup for Daedric Shryne features Nils Groth on drums and backing vocals, Alex Shirazi as the lead vocalist and synth player, André Büchner on rhythm and lead guitars, bass, synths, and piano, and Frederic Eden adding dive bombs and backing vocals. All music and lyrics are written by the band, showcasing their creative unity and collective vision.
