Jewel case CD including 8-page booklet.

Background information about 'Satanic Attack Live!'

There is a certain kind of filth that only Midnight can manufacture, and "Satanic Attack Live!" bottles it straight from the stage. Athenar and his masked cohorts have spent years turning the gutter into a temple, and here that sermon gets delivered with the amps cranked all the way into the red. What you get is a snapshot of a band that treats the live setting not as a polished showcase but as a brawl — raw, unhinged, and gloriously indifferent to the idea of a clean take. The riffs come in like blunt instruments, the drums keep a nasty, propulsive swing, and the vocals snarl through the mix like they were recorded from the front row of a basement show.

It is the sound of speed metal, punk and first-wave black metal thrown into a blender and poured over broken glass. Nothing here is polite, nothing is overproduced, and that is precisely the point. Midnight have always understood that the best rock 'n' roll is the kind that feels like it could fall apart at any second, and this live document captures that tension beautifully. For anyone who has ever stood in a sweaty room with a beer in hand while the band tore the place apart, this is the next best thing to being there. Turn it up, spill something on the floor, and let the chaos do its work.
