Background information about 'The Oz'

Finnish metal legends Oz deliver their legendary self-titled debut from 1982, now lovingly remastered for the ultimate audiophile experience. This isn't just another reissue – it's a sonic resurrection that captures every raw emotion and thunderous riff that made these Euro-metal pioneers absolutely essential.

The album explodes with anthems like "Saturday Night" and "Capricorn Man", showcasing Oz's ability to blend sleazy hard rock with genuine heavy metal fury. Eero Hämäläinen's vocals soar over Kario Elo's crushing guitar work, while the rhythm section of Tauno Vajavaara and Pekka Mark pounds out grooves that'll make your speakers weep. The cheeky "Second-Hand Lady" proves these Finns knew how to rock with both power and personality, cementing their status as Scandinavia's premier metal outfit.

For fans of:
Heavy Load, Accept, Saxon, Judas Priest, Iron Maiden
