Background information about 'Restless Spirit'

Restless Spirit have reached that sweet spot where everything clicks into place like a perfectly tuned guitar. Their self-titled full-length is the sound of a band that knows exactly who they are – no pretense, no filler, just pure metallic fire from Long Island's finest. These eight tracks represent the most distilled essence of what this trio brings to the table, and honestly, they didn't need to overthink the title because the music speaks volumes.

What you get here is metal in its purest form, drawing from Birmingham's steel mill heritage but filtered through an distinctly American lens. Restless Spirit seamlessly weave desert rock grit with stoner metal heft, throwing in the occasional progressive curveball that keeps you guessing. The massive gut-punch delivered by their previous album "Afterimage" set them on this trajectory, and they've stripped away every ounce of sonic fat to focus on what matters most – heavy riffs, soaring solos, and that perfect pinch of psychedelic fuzz that makes your speakers sing.
