Background information about 'Restless Spirit'

With their self-titled full-length, Restless Spirit have reached that sweet spot where everything just clicks into place. These Long Island metalheads know exactly who they are, and frankly, they don't need to explain themselves to anyone. "Restless Spirit" is pure, unfiltered metal – no pretense, no gimmicks, just eight tracks of absolute sonic devastation that'll make your neighbors question their life choices.

Born from the steel mills of Birmingham but given that distinctly American twist, Restless Spirit translates working-class metal fury into East Coast vernacular. They've got that desert metal swagger mixed with stoner rock groove, topped off with just enough progressive flair to keep things interesting. The massive gut-punch delivered by their previous album "Afterimage" set them on this path, and now they've stripped away all the excess to reveal the molten core beneath. This is metal for the downtrodden, the misunderstood, and anyone who's ever felt like an outsider – a rallying cry for living life on your own damn terms.
