12" EP on grey/brown marbled vinyl, limited to 200 copies.

Background information about 'Ódn'

From the windswept Faroe Islands emerges Hamferd, delivering their crushing debut EP "Ódn" – a masterwork that channels the raw power of Nordic doom through two monumental compositions. This isn't just another doom release; it's a sonic voyage through the harsh beauty of the North Atlantic, where ancient folklore meets crushing modern heaviness. The title track "Ódn" unfolds like a tempest gathering strength, building from haunting melodies into earth-shaking walls of distorted majesty, while the Faroese lyrics add an authenticity that cuts straight to the bone.

"Deyðir Varðar" continues this epic journey, showcasing Hamferd's ability to weave traditional Nordic elements into their crushing doom framework. The band's use of their native Faroese language creates an atmosphere that's both mystical and brutally heavy, setting them apart in the crowded doom landscape. Every riff feels deliberate, every vocal line carries the weight of centuries-old stories, and the production captures both the intimacy of their island home and the vastness of their musical vision.
