Relations In The Unseen is where The Intersphere sharpen every weapon in their kit and then swing them all at once. The German trio have always been a band that refuses to pick one lane, and here they glide between razor-edged prog riffing, shimmering alternative rock and choruses big enough to fill a festival field. Opener "Relations In The Unseen" sets the tone with a coiled groove that suddenly opens into a soaring vocal line, and from there the record never quite lets you settle in. "Thanks For Nothing" snaps and snarls, "Out Of Phase" rides a restless rhythm section, and "Panic Waves" shows off the band's knack for tension that pays off in pure release.

What makes the album tick is the interplay: basslines that wander like they have their own agenda, drums that push and pull against the guitar instead of just keeping time, and a singer who can whisper one bar and belt the next. Tracks like "Origin: Unknown" and "Walk On Broken Glass" lean into darker, moodier territory, while "...Like It Is" and "Golden Mean" close things out with a sense of restless optimism.
