Australia's Werewolves are back with their sixth full-length assault, "The Ugliest Of All", and honestly, these guys just don't know when to quit - and thank the metal gods for that! This is part of their absolutely mental mission to drop ten death metal albums in ten years, which is both completely insane and utterly brilliant at the same time. The album title pretty much tells you everything you need to know about what you're getting into here - this isn't your polished, radio-friendly metal. This is raw, unfiltered brutality that wears its ugliness like a badge of honor.

What makes this release even more exciting is that it marks Werewolves' triumphant debut on Back On Black Records, following their earlier box set "Encoffined" from this year. The band continues their tradition of delivering what they call "increasingly unlistenable barrage of truly hideous music," and tracks like "Skullbattering" and "The Enshittification" prove they're not messing around with subtlety. At just over 32 minutes total, this is a concentrated dose of pure death metal chaos that hits hard and fast, leaving no room for breath between the relentless blast beats and crushing riffs.
