Year Of The Goat have crafted something truly special with "Novis Orbis Terrarum Ordinis" – an album that feels like stumbling into a candlelit occult ceremony in the dead of night. The Swedish occult rockers take you on a journey through the seven deadly sins, each track a chapter in a dark, hypnotic ritual.

The opening instrumental "Subortus" sets the stage with eerie atmosphere before "Acedia" kicks in with its signature blend of haunting organs, fuzzy guitars, and that unmistakable vocal delivery that sits somewhere between Gregorian chant and classic rock swagger. Tracks like "Luxuria" and "Ira" groove with a sinister elegance, while "Superbia" closes the first LP with a towering sense of dramatic tension. The second half continues the descent into "Gula", "Avaritia", "Invidia", before the closing "Subicio" wraps things up in a swirl of psychedelic darkness.

This is occult rock at its finest – think Ghost meets Pentagram with a touch of Jex Thoth's mysticism. It's heavy, it's atmospheric, and it demands to be played loud on vinyl.
