Background information about 'Daze Of The Week'

British thrash metal legends Acid Reign are back, and they are bringing the noise with Daze Of The Week. After six years of silence following The Age Of Entitlement, the Sheffield four-piece have re-booted their lineup and returned with a ferocious ten-track assault that screams pure, unadulterated speed metal. This isn't just a nostalgia trip; it is a revitalized force of nature delivering catchy choruses, stomping mosh parts, and that distinct analog power that defined the UK thrash scene in the late 80s. The energy is palpable from the first note, with tracks that dive straight into the pit without hesitation.

The album showcases a band fully re-energized, blending the raw aggression of their early days with a modern production sheen that doesn't dull the edges. It is a masterclass in crossover groove and relentless pace. For fans of the classic UK thrash sound, this record is essential listening. It captures the spirit of the era while pushing forward with renewed vigor. The line-up delivers with precision and passion, ensuring that every riff hits hard and every drum fill drives the momentum forward. This is Acid Reign at their most potent, proving that some legends never truly fade. It is a thrilling return to form that honors their legacy while carving out a new chapter in their storied career.
