The four musicians blend instrumental passages with evocative lyrics, merging laments and introspective sorrow with powerful songwriting that evokes both despair and hope. The album oscillates between dark themes such as pain, loss, empowerment, and mortality. Amber Asylum creates intense soundscapes that are both primal and introspective.
"Ruby Red" consists of classical strings, bass, drums, percussion, modular synthesizers, and female voices.
