Background information about 'Reinkaos (20th Anniversary)'

Twenty years after its initial release, Dissection's controversial final opus "Reinkaos" receives the ultimate tribute treatment. This monumental 6-CD anniversary collection stands as both celebration and testament to Jon Nödtveidt's uncompromising artistic vision that forever changed the landscape of Swedish extreme metal.

The original album blazed forth as Dissection's most polarizing yet undeniably powerful statement, weaving together the band's trademark melodic black metal mastery with bold new sonic territories. From the crushing opening salvos to the album's mystical conclusion, every track demonstrates the Swedish legends' ability to craft both devastating brutality and haunting beauty within the same breath. This anniversary edition preserves that legacy while offering unprecedented insight into the creative process behind one of metal's most debated masterpieces.
