Background information about '...En Their Medh Riki Fara...'

"En Their Medh Riki Fara" by Falkenbach is a compelling journey into the realms of Viking and Black Metal, artfully blending folk elements that resonate with the echoes of ancient sagas. This album, first released in the mid-90s, encapsulates the spirit of a solitary Viking, Vratyas Vakyas, who single-handedly crafts each track with precision and passion. The raw yet melodic soundscape created by Falkenbach embraces haunting chants that interlace with powerful riffs, invoking a sense of timelessness and grandeur.

The album explores themes of heathen pride and grandeur amidst nature's vastness. Each song weaves a tapestry of narrative richness, both solemn and triumphant. With tracks like "Heathenpride" and "Winternight," listeners are transported to distant lands where epic tales unfold. As the album progresses, it becomes an immersive experience where melodies ebb and flow, paying homage to both tradition and innovation within the metal genre.
