FLOTSAM AND JETSAM · No Place For Disgrace | PICTURE DISC 2LP

Double picture disc vinyl, 12 inch format.

Background information about 'No Place For Disgrace'

Arizona's very own Flotsam and Jetsam storm back with a stunning picture disc edition of their 1988 landmark second album, No Place For Disgrace. This is the record that cemented their place in the upper echelon of 80s American thrash, and now it gets the visual treatment it deserves. The artwork alone is enough to make any metalhead's pulse quicken, but it's the music inside that truly does the talking.

From the relentless title track that kicks things off with a snarling, breakneck riff, to the melodic yet crushing Dreams Of Death, this album is a masterclass in thrash dynamics. The band's signature blend of technical precision and pure aggression is on full display, with Eric A.K.'s unmistakable vocal delivery soaring over the razor-sharp guitar work. The cover of Elton John's Saturday Night's Alright For Fighting is a ferocious, unexpected highlight that shows just how much muscle these guys could put into any track they touched. Tracks like N.E. Terror and Escape From Within deliver the kind of neck-snapping intensity that made this era of thrash so legendary, while Hard On You and I Live You Die reveal a band unafraid to stretch their songwriting muscles.

This double picture disc edition brings the visual and sonic experience together in a way that feels essential for any serious collector. A cornerstone of the genre that still hits with devastating force today.
