Background information about 'Black Harvest'

Green Lung have done it again, and this time they've gone and raised the bar so high it practically scrapes the harvest moon. "Black Harvest" is the sound of a band fully in command of their powers, weaving occult doom, psychedelic haze, and good old-fashioned heavy metal into something that feels both ancient and completely alive. From the very first notes of "The Harrowing", you know you're in for a ride — the riffs roll in like a storm front, and by the time "Old Gods" kicks in, you're already reaching for the volume knob.

What makes this record so special is the way it balances menace with melody. "Leaders Of The Blind" and "Reaper's Scythe" are built on hooks that bury themselves in your skull, while the title track "Black Harvest" unfurls with a slow-burning grandeur that feels genuinely cinematic. Tom Templar's vocals soar over it all, equal parts preacher and poet, and the organ work throughout gives everything a warm, witchy glow that most bands can only dream of. The album closes with "Born To A Dying World", a track so epic it deserves to soundtrack the end of everything — in the best possible way.
