Background information about 'Intermezzo dei quattro coltelli nudi'
Following the stunning breakthrough of their 2020 debut album "Zweite Beschwörung: Ein Kind zu töten", the enigmatic duo Hexenbrett returns with this captivating interlude that bridges their past and future works. "Intermezzo dei quattro coltelli nudi" serves as a fascinating glimpse into the band's evolving sonic palette, showcasing the unique chemistry between Josto Feratu and Scarlettina Bolétte that made their previous releases so compelling. The Italian title hints at the band's continued exploration of European occult themes, while maintaining their distinctive approach to atmospheric metal that has garnered critical acclaim.
