This is Mastodon doing what they do best – crushing riffs that feel ancient and elemental, intertwined with vocal harmonies that soar into the stratosphere. The production is massive, every drum hit from Brann Dailor lands like a thunderclap, and the dual guitar attack of Brent Hinds and Bill Kelliher weaves a tapestry of sonic destruction and beauty.
From the opening moments, Marrow Deep grabs you by the throat and doesn't let go.
