Following the underground success of 2019's "Calm Before the Calm" and the critically praised "Sounds of Green & Blue", this third album marks a new era for brothers Jon and Dan Jefford alongside vocalist Josh Neuwford, bassist Brett Halsey, and guitarist Mark Fuller.
"Fortune's Always Hiding" drags classic rock through a psychedelic haze, leaving it bleeding in the present with thunderous grooves and fuzz-soaked guitar riffs that refuse to sit still. The opening track "Feed the Hand" sets the tone with uncomfortable deliberation and heavy implication, reaching back to grab early 90s alternative nostalgia while dragging listeners through an unravelling of guidance twisted into obedience.
