This poignant theme is woven throughout the album's predominantly minor tones and slower tempos, contrasting the preceding album "Útiseta" (2023), where THURNIN mastermind Jurre Timmer explored Icelandic traditions as a path to commune with nature. Timmer first crafted this musical landscape on his debut "Menhir" (2021), which soared to YouTube fame.
