Background information about 'Dealin' Death (Deluxe Version)'
"Dealin' Death," the third studio album from German speed metal maestros Vulture, is a sonic onslaught that captures the essence of old-school thrash while carving out its niche in contemporary metal. The album's relentless energy is a testament to the band's dedication to their craft. From the haunting opener "Danger Is Imminent" to the climactic "The Court of Caligula," each track is a masterclass in speed and ferocity. The album's production is crisp and clear, allowing every riff and drumbeat to resonate with a raw power reminiscent of 80s metal titans.
Lyrically, "Dealin' Death" explores themes of mortality and chaos with an intensity that matches its musical ferocity. Tracks like "Malicious Souls" and "Star-Crossed City" deliver narratives filled with vivid imagery and dark storytelling. Vulture's ability to blend intricate guitar work with pummeling rhythms results in a cohesive album that never loses momentum. This release solidifies Vulture's place among modern metal's elite while paying homage to the genre's roots.
