Background information about 'TerrorVision'

Belgian death metal titans Aborted return with their tenth studio offering, delivering a masterclass in surgical brutality that cuts deeper than ever before. "TerrorVision" showcases the band's evolution while maintaining their signature blend of technical prowess and unrelenting aggression. From the ominous opening of "Lasciate Ogne Speranza" to the crushing finale of "The Final Absolution", this album demonstrates why Aborted remains at the forefront of extreme metal. The production is razor-sharp, allowing every blast beat and surgical riff to slice through with clinical precision.

Tracks like "Farewell To The Flesh" and the epic "Verspertine Decay" highlight the band's ability to craft memorable hooks within their chaotic framework, while "Squalor Opera" and "Exquisite Covinous Drama" showcase their theatrical approach to horror-themed brutality. The album's pacing is expertly crafted, building tension through atmospheric interludes before unleashing waves of calculated violence. Sven de Caluwé's vocal performance ranges from guttural growls to piercing shrieks, perfectly complementing the band's surgical approach to songwriting.
