Background information about 'Hisingen Blues'
Graveyard's "Hisingen Blues" is a testament to the resurgence of classic hard rock influences in modern music. Released as a reissue on opulent opaque marbled vinyl, this album captures the raw energy and authenticity that has become synonymous with the Swedish band's sound. Drawing from the rich tapestry of 70s rock and blues influences, Graveyard delivers soulful vocals intertwined with powerful guitar riffs and driving rhythms that promise to transport listeners back to an era where rock was king.
The album's standout tracks like "Ain't Fit To Live Here" and "No Good, Mr Holden" showcase their prowess in crafting songs that are both nostalgic and refreshingly contemporary. Each track is layered with intricate instrumentation; from the Hammond organ's haunting presence to the electric bass's pulsating grooves.
