Background information about 'So Far,So Good,So What (Remastered)'
Megadeth's third studio masterpiece stands as a towering monument to thrash metal supremacy, showcasing the band at their most aggressive and politically charged. This remastered edition captures every razor-sharp riff and Dave Mustaine's venomous vocals with crystal clarity, making tracks like "Set The World Afire" and the haunting "In My Darkest Hour" hit harder than ever before. The album's raw energy and technical prowess demonstrate why Megadeth earned their place among the Big Four of thrash metal.
The inclusion of four previously unreleased Paul Lani mixes adds tremendous value for collectors and fans alike, offering alternate perspectives on classic tracks that reveal new layers of the band's songwriting genius. From the blistering opener "Into The Lungs Of Hell" to their punk-influenced cover of "Anarchy In The U.K.", this album showcases Megadeth's ability to blend political commentary with devastating musical arrangements. The 2004 remaster brings out details that were buried in the original mix, making this essential listening for both longtime devotees and newcomers to thrash metal's golden era.
