Background information about 'Seeking The Absolute'
Nine Treasures unleash their most ambitious sonic assault yet with "Seeking the Absolute" – a thunderous marriage of crushing heavy metal and ancient Mongolian traditions that'll blow your mind! This Chinese-Mongolian powerhouse, led by the formidable Askhan Avagchuud, has crafted something absolutely extraordinary here. Picture this: bone-crushing riffs colliding head-on with traditional horsehead fiddles, throat singing that'll give you goosebumps, and balalaikas weaving through walls of distortion like ancient spirits dancing through a metal storm.
What makes this album so damn special is how seamlessly these warriors blend two worlds that shouldn't work together but absolutely do. From the opening thunder of "Until Now" to the epic title track finale, every moment crackles with authentic passion. The throat singing doesn't feel like a gimmick – it's woven into the metal DNA like it was always meant to be there. This is their Metal Blade debut and worldwide breakthrough, and you can feel the band's hunger to conquer new territories burning through every track.
