This German heavy psych/stoner rock outfit has been brewing something special, and this album feels like their most focused, most ferocious statement yet.
What strikes you immediately is the sheer weight of the production – thick, fuzzy guitars that sound like they're melting through the speakers, a rhythm section that locks in with military precision, and vocals that hover somewhere between a desperate howl and a hypnotic chant. Tracks like the title cut build on monolithic riffs that could level buildings, while other moments let the groove breathe, letting the band's love for 70s proto-metal and modern heavy rock shine through.
