After sixteen years of silence following 1993's "Apocalypse Inside," the Canadian wrecking crew stormed back into Rouge Valley Studio in Toronto and laid down an album that didn't just match their classic output — it stood toe-to-toe with it, snarling.

What hits you first is the sheer, unapologetic viciousness. Rob Urbinati and company didn't spend those sixteen years mellowing out. From the opening assault of "We Will Prevail" through the pummeling title track to the relentless "Hiroshima," this is thrash metal played with the same raw, tape-era mentality they'd always sworn by. No triggered drums, no digital trickery — just four guys in a room, recording like their lives depended on it. The songwriting is razor-sharp too: "Give Me Justice" and "The Great Wall" channel that classic Sacrifice DNA of breakneck riffing and memorable hooks, while "Tetragrammaton" and "Ultimate Power Corrupts" prove they'd lost precisely zero of their lyrical bite. And those two 2009 bonus versions of "Burned at the Stake" and "The Entity"? Pure, uncut adrenaline.

This High Roller Records reissue takes the whole thing to another level — a full dynamic remaster by Patrick W. Engel at Temple of Disharmony, cut from the original mixdown tapes in January 2026. The result is the definitive listening experience: all the punch and clarity this monster deserves, without the loudness-war compression that plagued so many releases of the era. Over fifteen years on, "The Ones I Condemn" hasn't aged a day. It remains a towering achievement, the comeback that every other band wishes they could have pulled off.
